All the hard work of TDT finally paid off when Dairy Crest provisionally reached agreement on the sale of the Brunel Building and surrounding land. It became clear that there was a need to establish a separate body to manage the Atmos Project. Accordingly Totnes Community Development Society was incorporated as an Industrial and Provident Society for the benefit of the Community. The initial Board of 5 people contained 2 current TDT Trustees and one ex Trustee.
