In May 2013, a final design for Rotherfold was presented by Charlotte Rathbone (eminent local designer and artist) and was unanimously approved by the Steering Committee. SHDC has been approached for its approval. A presentation has been given to the Totnes Town Council at which it was positively received by all.

The design is on public exhibition at Rotherfold, Civic Square and Mansion.
